  • I am unable to view any of the See in Action or Product Details.
    The "See in Action" and "Product Details" information use Javascript pop-up windows. It's possible that your computer has Javascript disabled, or that you have a program that disables pop-up windows and ads. If you have such a program, please disable it temporarily while you browse PixelMill.
  • I have a question about how to download my products.
    Please visit About Downloading Products. Any additional questions may be directed to support@pixelmill.com.
  • I have a question about how I can use PixelMill products.
    Licensing issues are usually resolved by the Developer. To find the developer of your product, run a search on your product on PixelMill, then click on the thumbnail of the product to open the Product Detail page. Contact information for your developer should be there. You may also visit the Developer Focus page to see if their End User License Agreement is posted there.
  • I have a question about my privacy.

      Extract the files manually. Please see our Downloading page for details. Go to the bottom of the page if you have a non-English version of Windows/FrontPage.

      • If your web template does not work as expected, please first check our FAQ page. If you cannot find the answer to your question there, then you will need to contact the developer of your product. Otherwise, you may need to contact the developer of your product. To find the developer of your product, run a search on your product on PixelMill, then click on the thumbnail of the product to open the Product Detail page. Contact information for your developer should be there.
      • If you cannot find the web template in your list of web templates, check again on the type of product you bought. Run a search in PixelMill to find the product, then check the list of "Included" items. If the list does not include "web template," then you may have only gotten a theme or a theme/page template package. If your product came with a page template, you may use that to create a web (see our guided training). If your product did come with a web template, but you still can't find it in your list, then check your log file or try to reinstall the product. If the log file does not show any files being installed to a folder called "C:\Program Files .... \webs", then contact support@pixelmill.com. Please attach the log file to the email.
    • I have a question about shared borders.
      • If you are having problems with shared borders, check first in our FAQ.
      • You may also wish to look at our guided training to learn more about shared borders.
      • Otherwise, you may need to contact the developer of your product. To find the developer of your product, run a search on your product on PixelMill, then click on the thumbnail of the product to open the Product Detail page. Contact information for your developer should be there.
  • I have questions about editing my page or web.
    • Most of your questions are probably answered in the FAQ section or are addressed in one of our guided training.
    • I want to customize a Flash/Swish movie or an image with my logo.
      You will most likely need to contact the Developer of your product for support. To find the developer of your product, run a search on your product on PixelMill, then click on the thumbnail of the product to open the Product Detail page. Contact information for your developer should be there.
    • I want to change the buttons or text of navigation buttons.
      Please view our FAQ on this topic.
    • I want to change the colors of graphics and images.
      You will most likely need to contact the Developer of your product for support. To find the developer of your product, run a search on your product on PixelMill, then click on the thumbnail of the product to open the Product Detail page. Contact information for your developer should be there.
  • I am having problems with the layout and/or features of the page, web, or theme.
    • I am having problems in Netscape.
      • Last button misaligned on vertical navigation, or gap after vertical navigation bar.

      • Tables messed up - white or other color gaps; if I look carefully, it seems like the background image is repeating itself.
        Please read our article about Netscape compatibility in our guided training area.
      • Embedded Flash or Swish does not load in Netscape.
        You may not have the Flash plug-in for Netscape (which is different than the one for Internet Explorer). Open Netscape and go to www.macromedia.com to download the latest version of the plug-in.
      • Table background repeats in each cell.

      • Page does not stretch all the way to the edges.

    • My page no longer resizes properly.

    The product information in the catalog should specify the versions of the program that the product is compatible with.
